{"id":1850,"date":"2019-05-08T16:13:03","date_gmt":"2019-05-08T15:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dh.tcd.ie\/dh\/?p=1850"},"modified":"2020-04-28T20:11:05","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T19:11:05","slug":"trinity-libtech-research-showcase","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dh.tcd.ie\/index.php\/2019\/05\/08\/trinity-libtech-research-showcase\/","title":{"rendered":"Trinity LibTech Research Showcase"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>26 June 2019, 9am-12.30pm, Trinity Long Room Hub<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcd.ie\/library\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">The Library of Trinity College Dublin<\/a>\u00a0(TCD) has been cultivating an open innovation research model in partnership with a number of Trinity research centres.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adaptcentre.ie\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">The ADAPT Centre<\/a>\u00a0and the Library are pleased to showcase some of the novel library technology related research being undertaken by TCD staff as part of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/liberconference.eu\/\">Annual LIBER Conference<\/a>,\u00a0on the theme of Research Libraries for Society.<\/p>\n<p>The showcase will be of interest to information professionals, librarians, archivists, computer scientists, and those working in digital humanities.<\/p>\n<p>This is a highly interactive event and attendees are strongly encouraged to engage with the tech projects on display.
